When should I reserve your services?
No matter the wedding service, we recommend reserving services as soon as you are sure that you want to use a particular company. While Dessert Designs can work several weddings in a single day, we do have limited availability, so we recommend making reservations as soon as you are confident you want a Dessert Designs cake. We accept reservations weeks, months and regularly a year in advance.

How are orders shipped?
Our cakes purchased online are shipped with short delivery times to help ensure freshness and to reduce shipping damage. Our cakes are shipped by UPS.
What if we need several cakes shipped to different locations?
We're happy to supply quantity orders which are perfect when need to treat family, friends, or company gifts. If you would like to order a large quantity (over 10), please phone us and we can work out details for supplying us with all the shipping addresses. If you only need a couple shipments, you can place those orders online. If you are shipping cakes IN and OUT of the state of Tennessee, please separate those into separate orders so that we can provide you with the most efficient shipping possible. If multiple ship-to addresses are placed in one order and those addresses are IN and OUT of the state of Tennessee, the order may require shipping fee adjustments.

Most orders ship within 2 business days from order placement. This is to allow time for the production of fresh products. If orders are placed late in the day or on a weekend or holiday, that day should not be counted as a production day.
Where do you ship to?
With special arrangements, we're able to ship to most locations, however our shopping cart shipping fees are established for continental U.S. shipping only.
